MoreThanPanel SEO Case Study

MoreThanPanel is one of the fastest-growing SMM panel platforms in the world right now. They started with a decent website and a solid product. But their organic traffic was not matching their business growth.

That changed in January 2024.

Over the next 24 months, we built a complete SEO and content strategy for MoreThanPanel. The results speak for themselves. Their organic traffic went from around 1,700 visitors per day to over 58,000 visitors per day. No paid ads. No shortcuts. Just smart, consistent SEO work.

This case study breaks down exactly what we did, why we did it, and what you can learn from it.

About the Client

  • Client: MoreThanPanel
  • Website: morethanpanel.com
  • Founder: Efe Onsoy
  • Industry: SMM Panel (Social Media Marketing Panel)
  • Location: London, United Kingdom
  • Project Duration: January 2024 to December 2025 (24 months)

MoreThanPanel is an SMM panel that helps individuals, businesses, and agencies grow their social media presence. They offer services across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, and many other platforms. The platform has over 227,000 registered users and processes thousands of orders every single day.

Efe and his team built a great product. The platform is user-friendly, the prices are competitive, and their customer support runs around the clock. But like many businesses in the SMM panel space, they were not getting the organic traffic their platform deserved.

That was the problem we set out to solve.

The Starting Point: Where Things Stood in January 2024

Before we started any work, we needed to understand where MoreThanPanel actually was in terms of search visibility.

Here is what the data showed us at the beginning:

Semrush Domain Overview (January 2024)

MetricValue
Authority Score31 (Good)
Organic Traffic1,700 visitors/month
Organic Keywords584
Referring Domains1,800
Backlinks91,000
Paid Traffic8 visitors/month

The authority score was decent. The backlink profile was healthy. But 1,700 monthly organic visitors for a platform with 227,000 users told us one clear thing. The website was not optimized for search engines. Most of their traffic was coming from direct visits, referrals, and paid channels.

This was actually good news. It meant there was a massive opportunity to grow through SEO without having to compete from zero authority.

What Was the Problem?

We looked at the website closely and identified several issues that were holding back organic growth.

Thin content on service pages. MoreThanPanel has hundreds of individual service pages. Many of them had very little original content. Google needs helpful, detailed content to understand what a page is about and to rank it well. Short, repetitive pages were not giving Google enough signals.

No blog or content strategy. The website had no blog section when we started. There was no educational content, no guides, no articles targeting informational keywords. This meant the site was missing out on a huge chunk of search traffic from people looking for information about social media marketing and SMM panels.

Technical SEO gaps. Page speed needed improvement. Some pages had duplicate or near-duplicate content. Internal linking between service pages was weak. These are the kinds of issues that slow down crawling and hurt rankings quietly over time.

No topic cluster structure. All the service pages were treated as individual, standalone pages. There was no clear hierarchy or grouping. Google rewards websites that organize content into logical topic clusters. MoreThanPanel was missing this entirely.

If you want to understand why topic clusters matter so much for SEO, read our guide on Semantic SEO and how it works for businesses.

Our Strategy: What We Actually Did

We broke the project into three main phases. Each phase built on the one before it.

Phase 1: Technical SEO and Foundation Work (January to April 2024)

The first few months were about fixing the foundation. You cannot build a strong SEO presence on a weak technical base.

We started by running a full technical audit of the site. Page speed was one of the first things we tackled. Slow pages lose visitors before they even read a single word. We worked with the development team to compress images, clean up unnecessary code, and improve loading times across the board.

Next, we fixed the duplicate content issue. Several service pages were too similar to each other. We rewrote them to be unique, each one focusing on a specific service with its own angle and keyword target.

We also set up proper internal linking. This means connecting related pages to each other in a logical way. For example, a page about buying Instagram followers would link to pages about Instagram likes and Instagram comments. This helps Google understand the relationship between pages and helps users find what they need.

Finally, we made sure the XML sitemap was updated and submitted to Google Search Console. This is a basic step, but it is often overlooked.

Phase 2: Content Strategy and Blog Building (March 2024 to September 2024)

This was where the real growth started to take shape.

We created a content strategy built around topic clusters. The idea is simple. You pick a main topic, create a detailed guide about it, and then write several smaller blog posts around related subtopics. All those posts link back to the main guide. This tells Google that your site is an authority on that topic.

For MoreThanPanel, we focused on clusters around topics like SMM panels, social media marketing, Instagram growth, YouTube growth, and buying social media engagement.

The blog content served two purposes. First, it brought in organic traffic from people searching for information about these topics. Second, it built trust. People who read a helpful article are more likely to become customers than people who land on a sales page cold.

We also optimized every service page with better titles, meta descriptions, and on-page content. Each page now had a clear focus keyword, a proper heading structure, and enough detailed content for Google to work with.

If you want to learn the step-by-step process for doing SEO on an SMM panel website, we covered it in detail here: How to Do SEO for an SMM Panel: Complete Guide.

Phase 3: Scaling and Optimization (October 2024 to December 2025)

Once the foundation and content were in place, we shifted focus to scaling what was already working.

We tracked which blog posts and service pages were bringing in the most traffic. Then we doubled down on those topics. We created more content around them, updated existing pages with fresh information, and improved internal links to push more authority to the top-performing pages.

We also kept an eye on Google algorithm updates throughout this period. Every time Google rolled out a major update, we reviewed our strategy and made adjustments if needed. Staying current with Google’s algorithm changes is not optional. It is a core part of any long-term SEO plan.

Voice search optimization was another area we paid attention to during this phase. More and more people are using voice assistants to search for things online. We made sure the content was written in a way that answers questions naturally, which is exactly how voice search works. You can read more about this in our guide on Voice Search SEO.

The Results: 24 Months of Real Data

Now for the part everyone wants to see. Here is exactly what happened.

Google Search Console: 16-Month Overview

This screenshot covers the full 16-month period tracked in Google Search Console.

MoreThanPanel Google Search Console 16 month SEO growth data
MetricValue
Total Clicks306,000
Total Impressions6,450,000
Average CTR4.7%
Average Position20.1

306,000 clicks in 16 months. That is real people clicking on MoreThanPanel’s website from Google search results. Every single one of those clicks was organic. Zero paid ads involved.

Google Search Console: Last 3 Months

The most recent 3-month window shows an even sharper growth trend. This tells us the strategy was compounding over time, not just producing a one-time spike.

MoreThanPanel Google Search Console last 3 months clicks and impressions
MetricValue
Total Clicks185,000
Total Impressions2,990,000
Average CTR6.2%
Average Position14.8

Look at those numbers compared to the 16-month average. The CTR went from 4.7% to 6.2%. The average position improved from 20.1 to 14.8. That means MoreThanPanel was climbing higher in search results and people were clicking more often.

185,000 clicks in just 3 months is a serious number. And the upward curve in the chart shows this growth was accelerating, not slowing down.

Daily Organic Traffic: Nov 2025

MoreThanPanel organic traffic Nov 2025

On December 2025, MoreThanPanel recorded 58,466 organic visitors in a single day. Zero paid traffic. The branded traffic was only 1,130, which means the vast majority of those visitors found the site by searching for SMM panel related topics on Google.

This single number tells the full story. We took a site from 1,700 monthly organic visitors to over 58,000 daily organic visitors in two years.

Semrush Baseline Comparison

MoreThanPanel Semrush domain overview January 2024 baseline

This is the Semrush snapshot from January 2024, right when we started. The Authority Score was 31, organic traffic was 1,700 per month, and organic keywords were at 584. Compare that to where the site ended up by late 2025, and the difference is dramatic.

One interesting thing to note is the AI Search visibility. Even in January 2024, Semrush was tracking AI visibility at 15, with 57 mentions and 80 cited pages. This tells us that MoreThanPanel was already showing up in AI-powered search tools. Our SEO work only made that stronger over time.

The Growth Breakdown: Month by Month

Here is a simplified view of how the growth progressed over the 24-month project.

PeriodWhat HappenedTraffic Trend
Jan to Mar 2024Technical audit and fixesStable, slight increase
Apr to Jun 2024First blog posts published, service pages rewrittenGrowth begins
Jul to Sep 2024Topic clusters take shape, more content publishedSteady climb
Oct to Dec 2024Algorithm monitoring, content scaling beginsNoticeable jump
Jan to Jun 2025High-volume months, compounding resultsStrong upward trend
Jul to Dec 2025Peak performance period, 58K+ daily visitors reachedExponential growth

The growth was not overnight. It took about 4 to 5 months before we saw significant movement. That is normal for SEO. But once it started moving, it kept compounding month after month.

What Made the Biggest Difference?

Looking back at the whole project, three things stood out as the most impactful.

Content was king. The biggest single factor was going from zero blog content to a strong, consistent content strategy. Every new article brought in new keywords, new traffic, and new opportunities to link to the service pages. This is not a theory. The data proves it.

Technical SEO created the foundation. Before we could grow traffic, we had to make sure Google could properly crawl, understand, and index every page on the site. The technical fixes in the early months were not glamorous work, but they made everything else possible.

Patience and consistency won. We did not see overnight results. We did not promise overnight results. We showed up every month with a plan, executed it, tracked the numbers, and adjusted when needed. That consistency over 24 months is what turned 1,700 monthly visitors into 58,000 daily visitors.

Lessons Other SMM Panel Owners Can Learn

The SMM panel industry is competitive. A lot of businesses in this space rely heavily on paid ads and reseller networks. Very few invest seriously in SEO.

That is a huge opportunity.

If you own or run an SMM panel, here are the three most important takeaways from the MoreThanPanel case study.

First, your service pages need real content. Short, thin pages will not rank well. Each page needs to be detailed, helpful, and unique.

Second, start a blog. Educational content brings in traffic from people who are not yet ready to buy. But they will remember your site when they are ready. That is how you build long-term, sustainable growth.

Third, fix your technical SEO before you do anything else. A slow site with broken links and duplicate content will hold you back no matter how good your content is.

We have helped several other SMM panel businesses with the same approach. The results have been consistent. If you want to see how we did it for another panel, check out our case study on SMMGen, where we grew clicks from 32 to 27,900 per month. We also have a detailed case study on SMMSun, which grew from 50 to 7,770 monthly clicks.

Final Thoughts

MoreThanPanel is a great example of what happens when a strong product meets a strong SEO strategy.

Efe Onsoy and his team built a platform that people genuinely like using. Our job was simply to make sure Google knew about it and ranked it where it deserved to be.

The numbers tell the rest of the story. 306,000 clicks. 6.45 million impressions. 58,000 daily organic visitors. All organic. All sustainable. All built through proper SEO and quality content.

If your business is struggling to get organic traffic, the solution is not always complicated. Sometimes it is about doing the fundamentals right and being patient enough to let them work.
